Gregory J. Quinn, CA, CBV

Greg Quinn has been leading successful transactions including the sale of businesses, acquisitions, due diligence reviews, raising private equity and other debt financing since 1999. He is an expert in financial analysis, business valuation and transaction advisory services. Greg started his career with Ernst & Young and after working for Orenda Corporate Finance and Deloitte. He co-founded Whitehorn to bring elite financial solutions to privately owned businesses in industries including energy services, building products, manufacturing, engineering and environmental services, software, IT services and food manufacturing.

 

Andrew C. Tavender, MBA, CFA
Co-Founder, Director

Andrew Tavender has been overseeing and advising business transactions since 1998. Focused primarily on private business enterprises, Andrew’s experience spans a range of industries including technology, energy services, business services, retail and manufacturing. He combines his proven analytic and strategic skills to bring creative goal-driven solutions. Before co-founding Whitehorn, Andrew gained twelve years of experience as an advisor, business operator, strategic planner and financial analyst at large and small firms from Scotia Capital to Deloitte and MNP.

 

Ray Chia, CFA, Vice President

Ray Chia joined Whitehorn as an Analyst and has progressed through the ranks while demonstrating dedication and commitment. He leads the execution of all Whitehorn’s transactions. His analytic and problem-solving skills are at the forefront in guiding clients through the intricacies of a transaction. His accountabilities also span from leading due diligence, negotiating terms, and relationship management. Ray’s experience spans various industries including energy services, building products, manufacturing, consulting, and logistics.
